Holistic therapy

A little space. A little more you.

Conversation, creative work and quiet reflection. A supportive space to explore what is present, without needing to have it all figured out.

You can arrive without an answer.

Some days, conversation comes easily. On others, working with colour or fibre feels like a more natural place to begin. Holistic therapy makes room for that difference.

Meg’s practice brings together conversation, creative expression and reflection. You can ask questions, change direction, pause, or choose not to take part in an activity.

This is supportive, exploratory work. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric care or advice from a registered health professional.

What a session can hold

A hanging canopy of netting threaded with coloured ribbon and fibre above a garden bench

Conversation

Space to say what you want to say, with room for silence too.

Eight round clay discs with pierced edges and soft pastel glazes on green baize

Creative expression

Paper, colour, fibre and simple materials offer another way into an idea.

Reflection

Time to notice what is present, without the pressure to solve everything at once.

A beginning that feels manageable.

  1. Say hello

Call or text Meg and share what kind of support you are looking for. You don’t need to give personal history or health details.

  2. Find the right arrangement

Talk through availability, the format of a session, access needs and anything that would help you feel comfortable.

  3. Take it at your pace

Make room for conversation or creative exploration. There is no performance to give and no finished artwork expected.

  4. Choose your next step

Reflect on what felt useful. Any further session is a conversation, not an obligation.

Pay what feels right.

There is no fixed therapy fee. You choose a contribution that feels manageable and fair for you. A larger contribution does not buy more care.

Discuss the practical details with Meg when you arrange your session. No payment is collected through this website.

Prepare for a first conversation

Begin wherever you are.

You don’t need a plan or the right words. A short phone call or a text is the simplest way to start.
